Has anyone run across this kit before? A friend has this pen and I really like that it is solid brass and very robust. Just wondering who makes it and if any can be had.

The store called them "Industrial" pens. I haven't found any kits anywhere that look like these though. Maybe the Etsy shop owner would be willing to give you some information. - Dave

Great find Dave, thanks. The Koa pen that is the first on the page is exactly the same. Now if I can only find out where he gets his parts ...
 
That's a discontinued PSI bolt action clip pen. I've used a black anodized one as my EDC for several years now. Don't know why they discontinued one of the only non gun themed bolt action kits.

They did a stainless, brass, and aluminum versions.
