Bolt Action pen disassembly

Have been making quite a few PSI Bolt action pens. What is the best method of disassembly, if the barrel needs to be replaced? I have transfer punches, but don't want to damage the bolt action end of pen. Any help and or advice would be great.

I have PSI's disassembly kit, PKDISSXX, and love it. Just took apart a Deer Hunter Bolt Action last night. Piece of cake.

You definitely need the disassembly pliers. They work great.
