BOLD FELT TIP PEN?

I recently had a request / question if I could make a bold black felt tip pen?
Can someone tell me if you have ever completed such pen?
Would it be a matter of turning a wooded body with a retail style felt tip marker / pen inside.
Perhaps an extended length Sketch pencil design would work for this project?

there is a replacement Sharpie Marker -- and that refill can be placed in a pen.

Do a search here on IAP for specifics on threads to hold the insert --

I got a " sharpie refill" tap in a trade a while back and made myself one with a piece of maple. Just screw out the refill when it dries up and screw in a new one.



You may be able to find one that is not being used by some one.....

I think I have seen a post with a marker cover where the whole marker just slips in and out.

LUPE - Would you happen to know if the sharpie refills will swap out and work with the APOLLO from PSI?

Not positive I haven't ever turned an Apollo but the tap was a group buy. I think they were a weird size.

Let me know if they do though....
