Found this stick out in the woods. Have had it in the shop for a year thinking I might do something with it. Material is a little difficult to work with. Had to leave the barrel a little long because of an unseen crack, made the cap a little longer to keep it proportional. Not sure there's a standard. Any way I kind of like this material. Have had this stick in the trash pile and pulled it out several times. Might take a closer look in the scrap pile. Section is ebonite, cap lined with ebonite. M13 triple start.. nib is a osprey jowo compatible #6. Bought some of the ospreys when jowos were hard to get. Have not inked it up or written with it.

Very nice. I like Bois de arc. The tree isn't much to have but the wood is nice. Fresh cut it's yellow and turns a bronze as it ages. You did it well.
