Bobalu blank from the magic slab.

This is from a small slab I got from Bobalu a couple of chapter meetings back. Second pen I've turned from it. Only have one blank left, which is a bummer. Blank turned great. I forgot to put the white tubes in there and just put regular brass in there, and it doesn't seem to have been a problem.

Nice design work on the pen, but the color mix in the blank are just a bit.......well. lets just say "unique" for a lack of a better descriptive term. Glad you found some use for that material. Show it to Lumpy. If he likes it, it will make my day. :biggrin::biggrin:
