Blue Maple Burl kitless Fountain Pen

With the lockdown I have my weekends to work in my shop. I've been making kitless FPs of similar designs. I thought I would try something different for this one. I received some lovely stabilized and dyed Blue Maple Burl from @Benpen and decided to adapt my design to make a wood one. This required me to turn essentially two pens to make one. I sarted out making a skeleton body from 6061 aluminum including all threaded areas. I then drilled the wood to match the stepped profiles of the body and the cap, the section was a single ID and glued with 30 minute epoxy. I then turned and finished the maple. Hope you like it, comments and questions are always welcomed.

Weight is 29 grams capped and 13 grams without the cap.
Threads: Cap M11 x 0.8 triple, Section M9 x 0.75, Finial M7.5 x 0.75
Dimensions: Length 140mm, cap 13.5mm, Body 11.5mm
Nib: JOWO #5 with Ruthenium plating
Converter: Schmidt K6 threaded M7.5 x 0.75

I have the body for a similar one but not he cap, I'll remember to shoot them next time.
