bloodwood shell casing pen

A good customer wanted a shell casing pen for someone that also fly fishes, he wanted it in red. this is what I came up with. Bloodwood and white corian, water slide decal, 30 06 shell with a euro kit, finish is 15 coats thin ca. pic is just a quick cell phone shot

He liked it so well he bought 4 of them.

PS I havn't posted in a long while due to being layed up 3 months with a broken leg

I just love that fly in the casting. Very nice... And the 30-06 is my favorite round to boot.

That is awesome! Like the colors red and white, the fly decal added a great accent to it.
