I made this for a surgeon a few weekends ago. He didn't want a CA finish on it. He wanted to feel the wood.... I eee and friction polished it to the best I knew how to do at the time. I work with this surgeon and many other surgeons daily, and can tell ya... they are an odd group. If it is fake, they won't like it. I had a hard time telling him at the very least, I had to mm and polish it.:frown:

Great looking pen. I have always liked the bloodwood. It pays to make what the customer wants, even if it is not what you want to do. If you do it your way after they make a request, the customers have a habit of finding a new source, one that listens to them.
