Blo & Deft ???

Can you use this combo? Sand to finish, Blo...Then apply Deft???

Also after adding the Deft how should you sand? 220 up to MM???

I have used them in combination, but that's just me. I've heard that you should probably give the BLO ample time to cure first. I probably didn't, but get the cloudiness that could occur because of it. I don't think I'd start with anything quite that aggressive unless the finish is quite rough. I'd probably start at 400 or 600 at the coarsest. Again, JMO.

You can do anything you want but I beleive the contaner says to remove oils before applyin,
Trying as a frictiopn finish with BLO will yield different results.
I sand raw through the MM, spray and then just MM.
22o would probably be a littler aggressive but that would depend on the condition of the wood before finishing.
