blank sanding trimmer

several years ago I bought the best blank trimming sander. the shank was 3/8 and it flared outward to 1" base The center was a long shaft that fit into a 7mm tube.

It's bent now as there drill fall off the work bench. Does anyone remember who made this tool?

There have been a few folks who made these, one of which was Firefyter-emt in CT. He has not logged in since November last year so does not appear active any more, but you could go to his website, maybe he will still make them.
