Hello Jim,

Pen State Industries makes a pen blank sizing and cutting jig that works pretty well. It's item number PKSCJIG. If you don't want to buy it maybe it will give you an idea how to make one.

I just checked the product number at PSI.
It is on sale for $19.95.
For those who use a miter saw to cut their blanks thi sseems like a safe way to do it if you don't want to use the stop blocks and clamps that come with most saws or are available as accessories.
