I thought I had collected enough drill bits and bushings to make just about any pen. Instead of getting bushings for each kit I find a set I have that matches the tubes and comes close to the final diameter. I then use the bushing to get close then use the non-stick bushings and calipers to finalize. The blade click uses a 11/32" tube. I don't have that size drill bit anywhere and no bushings that size. I should have looked at the directions before finalizing the order. Looks like a trip to Lowes to find a drill bit and use the non-stick the whole way. No big deal just annoying.

I ran into the same problem. The same kit and same idea as far as I should have what I need. Luckily I'm clue to a Woodcraft. It's the same kit as the Tenacious if that helps.

I don't know what size it uses, but with HF's 115 bit set, that should cover most any size up to 1/2. Letters, Numbers, fractions to 1/2 by 64ths.

HF has 115 piece sets in High Speed Steel - $39.99; Titanium $49.99; and Cobalt, $114.99.

20% off coupons help too.
