This is a custom order. He wanted HRB but needed a quick turn around this was my solution. It is Black Walnut Misteltoe Burl With Sapwood. A rare treat since most of it is usually rotten around here. It is on a BT Zen.

Nice little burl. Looks like you filled the voids with coffee grounds. Am I right?

There is no fill except for a small repair on one end. The black part is the mistletoe roots.
