Very nice Jim. What color did you use to on the blank or tube to yield that great appearance?
Very nice - and perfect hardware to go with it!
Not a "disease"...this is a very normal condition for most penturners and can you really be a victim if you go willingly?... The more pens I turn, the more I find myself looking for the unusual blanks, and almost hoarding them. Anybody else fallen victim to that disease?
It's difficult to argue with success and the Master. I would have been inclined to paint it White Pearl Metallic or Shimmering Silver Metallic!Very nice Jim. What color did you use to on the blank or tube to yield that great appearance?
Like the Rolling Stones said it, Paint it Black!![]()

I really like it! I do wonder just how transparant it is once turned down. Maybe use a blue paint to see if you'd get silver streaked midnight blue. Could be very interesting and versitile!
I'm not Jim, but I'm betting he got it here!Beautiful pen, Jim. Where did you find the blank???
