Running the Birthday Bash is no easy task. There is a ton of work that goes on behind the scenes . . . not just during the Bash . . . . but for weeks and weeks prior to the Bash. It's a tiring, almost thankless job.

My appreciation and admiration goes out to all of you who were involved in the planning and implementation. It's been a great month for IAP!
