Bigger lathe!?

I went to a local AAW meeting last evening. I've been wanting a larger lathe to replace my old Craftsman tube lathe. A older gent mentioned a friend of his that has a Powermatic 90 gap bed lathe for $300! Now if I can get it, I've just gotta figure out where to put it. It only weighs about 800 pounds.
