I have wanted to do this for awhile and it seemed like a little break from the flashier pens I have done recently. Mostly a practice in precision and utility. I wanted to burn the logo and all of the markings found in an original but realized I no longer have an operational laptop to run the laser. Unknown wood with no finish. I'm going to make a few more out of woods that I like the natural feel of, Lignum, boxwood and snakewood.

Excellent. Great job! Simple designs often require an exercise in precision - which elevates the over-all pen making skills tremendously. When living overseas for a number of years, I heard the term "level up" numerous times, and that pen makes me think of that.

Very cool. Very precise. Did you hand taper the end where the nib meets it?
