OK... So I know my cats are smarter than me. I can accept that - they eat and sleep all day; and me...

For days they have hovered over my prized Aussie wood from George... Hmmm...

So I was concerned. Was there something "fishy" about George's Famous Blanks...

So, I send an undercover agent to find out the truth behind my cats pecular behavior and the mystery about George's recipe...

NOW WE KNOW!!! Sorry George...

George cutting his custom blanks:

And my ever faithful quality inspection feline AKA: "Something smells Fishy Kitty."

And finally, a delivered blank that I didn't inspect quite closely enough! Whew... glad the cat was awake!

So... If your cats are hanging around your blank storage... Be afraid, be very afraid!!!

It seems to me the cats not happy being a part of the joke. It looks to me you stuck the cat in the photo box with the blank to get the picture. If that's the case it must be a very calm cat because all of the cats I've seen would claw you to death if you tried to put poke them in a small box. I think that picture is really worth a thousand words.

Hey George..are my mahi-mahi blanks gonna be here soon? Wonder what a sea urchin would look like turned...can you stabilize squid? And is the deadliest catch about a turner that hasn't a clue how to sharpen his turning tools?? Inquiring minds...

Actually NO - I can't get them OUT!!!

It has been very cold here; they are Devon Rex Cats (No Hair - think of Sphinx Cats...bald :clown:), so they are COLD... I was remolding an upstairs bedroom and used a high intensity construction/shop light which put out a lot of heat - both cats perched themselves within a "combustible range" to stay warm... Now my photo lights are attracting them, albet without the heat.

Actually... While looking for my "Tuna" pictures on Google, within the images list someone posted a Spiny Sea Urchin Blank which looked like a poly resin. It really looked nice!!! Maybe Robutacion needs to take the wife on a holiday to the ocean... U Know, restock the resin "fillers."

Ambidex: Here you go!

"CustomPenBlank.com is home of the original Stabilized Sea urchin spine pen blanks."

However, if you meant the ENTIRE  Sea Urchin... Ya better ask Robutacion!!!

price per pound of pen blanks is comparable to sushi-grade tuna, yet I can't eat them.

WTF?

Well... I suppose you ...could eat George's blanks... but might need new chompers... (he does have mud/grit/cra..p / in his blanks - and he does tell you this!!!), but... not good for the chompers.

Sushi..I like sushi... But I like George's Blanks better!!!
