Just cut four pieces for a Slimline pen & pencil set. Anything special or need-to-know for turning BOW? Sharp tools are a given. Thanks.

Even though I have purchased "Exhibition Grade" from Israel, I still find too many knots in some blanks.

Nothing special to know about BOW .... it is one of the nicest woods for turning .... total fun, beginning to end .... in my experience.

Thanks. Drilling and gluing tubes this morning to get ready. Will be around the corner from the local WC store later this week. If something happens to my blanks, I can get more. I'll try to remember to take some photos. P&P set is for our Sunday School class Christmas party.
