Best way to clean off the oil?

Well I have been working on cleaning off my collet chuck and finding it difficult to remove the oil. I am close to just submerging it into MS or DNA. How do you remove this stuff?

Kerosene will strip the cosmolene and act as a short-term rust preventative.

I usally use MS, if that won't cut it I break out the Acetone.
