Excellent, and agree with Mal on the clicker. Well done. You make it look simple although I know it took some fine measurements, calculations and experience. Thanks for posting.

I received some questions. I thought it would be ok to post;

In your recent thread, titled "Bespoke Pens" .....
I'd like a few more details about the blue click pen on the right side, please.

1) What diameter hole is at the tip, allowing the refill through ..... ?
2) How long is that drilled portion ..... ?
3) What size is the next drilling ..... ? . . That drilling has to accommodate the spring ... might even be of a size that the full diameter of the refill would fit into.

I used a #37 (.104 or 2.66mm) for the parker refill tip.
I used a B for the rest of the body (.238 or 6MM).
The SKM-88 has a 7MM tap. I used an approx equivalent of 6.2MM for alumilite.
The length of that thread is twice the length of the thread on the SKM-88.
The spring will go to the bottom of the B hole.
The narrow portion of the parker is about an inch long.
I made the #37 hole around 1/4 deep. After turning to fit it ended up about .15.

I think I answered all of them. Let me know how you do. Any improvements you can see let me know.
Rich
