Berea Hardwoods Closing?

I read on Facebook that they are closing at the end of June. I don't know if it's true or not. Anyone have any further info?

They're currently running a 60% off site wide sale, but there's no mention from the horses mouth there.

I've been wondering whether they are on a death spiral. A few months ago they pulled many of their offerings, which was consistent with the email notification by Beartooth that many Berea styles were no longer available.
