Beyond the 'smokey' gold titanium color, I don't see any difference between the $13 one and the $13 one...am I missing something?

Don't think so. The email says its typically a $32 kit. I'm guessing they'll have messed up the color at the factory. I think it's more subtle though, good in my book. They say no difference in plating quality.
I mist out last time when they had these a couple weeks ago.I bet there is a very limited quantity.
