Hi all, my name is Anthony Canzonieri, and I am just getting into wood turning. I am a disabled Iraq war veteran, and attended a quick introductory lesson where I made my own pen at the American Association of Woodturners convention that was held in Pittsburgh this year, and I loved it. Found the time on the lathe to be very therapeutic, and after ordering a catalog from Penn State Industries and looking around this website, I was truly amazed at some of the things that can be done! At the moment, I don't have any equipment yet, and am really just looking around at photos and walkthroughs, but we will see if I am lucky and Santa brings me some things to work with and on!
I have two young boys, am getting married in April, and enjoy fly fishing, good beer, and spending time with friends and family in my rare free time.
