It's been said be careful what you say. There are many reason you should do this I guess but for me my words came back in a way I never expected. Back in my senior year of high school I got a call from a marine corps recruiter. I told him just what I thought about the marines. At that time was not thinking about going in the service. In 1975 I went to Navy boot camp and was picked to go to PR A School in Lake Hurst NJ. In early 1976 I check in to chute phase of the school, the first person I checked in with was Gunny Sargeant Radagen. We talked a bit then he asked if my feeling about the Mariners had changed?
He went on to say he talked with a lot of people about joining thr corp but none who told him what they thought like I did. I was speechless. What are the odds of this happening. He didn't hold it again me. So you see you should be careful what you say:wink:
