A couple of pictures of a Baron derived desk pen in Boise du Rose (from Rob aka BigRob777) cheers Rob that is some stunning wood[:D. Although this is the first wood i have used which gets to my throat[xx(], still whats a bit of discomfort when you wood like that.

Finished with 3 coats of friction polish.

That is stunning in its simplicity and exquisite execution of the design. If that doesn't make sense, replace the sentence with WOW!!!

I truly love this piece, and congratulate you on making it.
 
Andrew....That's a very unique concept and it turned out great. I like it. Nice job and good choice of wood. Is it stable side to side? It looks like it could tip easily.
 
Very Euro & modern looking, great design. If that pen had a custom sterling silver
engraved center ring, I could see it fetching some big dollars. Nice job. [:)]

And a SS plate inlaid on the base with the owner's name engraved for even bigger dollars!![:D]
