Within the next week, I'd like to provide a report to the members of how the bash went. Number of contests, participants, value of prizes, etc.

I'll add how much we raised by sale of mugs and donations, our traffic stats for the month, new members, etc.

If anyone would care to contribute the stats for your contest, I'd be much obliged! Post here and I'll compile the report.

Here's what I came up with for the casting contest:

# of contests = 3
# of entries = 53 (total from all 3 contests)
$ amount of prizes = $981 not counting Tshirts or Certificates (if any)
Over 11,000 views!

Here's some numbers on the trivia

# of winners = 58
# of entries = 3814
$ amount of prizes = some of the prizes did not include a value. However, if each unlisted prize was 25.00 (most unlisted prizes were boxes of blanks) then these numbers can be applied $1593.00

Again I used these numbers 25.00 on certificates for alumilite. (13.00 for kit, plus shipping of about 12.00.

Box of blanks with no price value 25.00

Seamus custom blank - 50.00

Little embarrassed to whip this out in public....

Match the Shop had a grand total of 15 players. May have been overwhelming to many, probably worth running say 3 rounds next time, instead of all at once. I thought it was going to be crazy difficult, but had my 3 winners (perfect scores) withing hours.... need to tweak the scoring... ahhhhh, there's always next year!
