Baseball pens for Little League Coaches

Made these for my son's coaches and my daughter's coach. Little League has been a great outlet from COVID isolation, and I really wanted to show how much we appreciate their efforts.

Kits are from Penn State in antique pewter, chrome, and antique brass; blanks are unknown wood from an unlabeled box. For finish I sanded 220-400 grit, tung oil, 8 coats of thin CA and 4 of medium, sanded flat with 400 grit, 8 coats of medium CA, microme, and Meguiars plastic polish.

Nice pens, I'm sure that the recipient's, will appreciate you making them, to show your appreciation for what they do. Bravo for you for doing this, but, I doubt that they know that turning them, was a way for you to relax.
