Barter / Trade Proposal for Label Cast Pen Blanks
I am seeking to arrange a reputable barter/trade agreement with an experienced label cast pen blank maker for the production of approximately 40 patriotic label cast pen blanks.
The blanks will feature original patriotic image designs supporting U.S. military branches, veterans, law enforcement, fire service, EMS, and other first responders. These designs are intended to be sized and prepared specifically for use in label cast pen blank production.
In addition to the proposed barter/trade arrangement, I am also requesting a separate quantity production quote for approximately 40 label cast blanks. The quote should include estimated pricing, production timeline, material considerations, any setup or preparation costs, and whether pricing changes based on blank style, image quantity, or casting complexity.
In exchange for producing the requested blanks, the caster will receive usage rights to the supplied patriotic images for use in the production and sale of additional finished physical products, including but not limited to pen blanks, completed pens, display pieces, small gifts, or similar handcrafted items.

The blanks requested by me as part of this trade will be for personal use only, unless otherwise stated in the final written agreement. My receipt of the finished blanks does not grant me the same production, resale, or commercial usage rights that may be granted to the caster for the supplied image designs, unless those rights are specifically included in the final agreement.
The intent of this arrangement is to create a fair trade between creative image design and skilled label cast blank production. The caster receives ready-to-use patriotic artwork for continued product use, while I receive the agreed-upon blanks made from the supplied image files.

- Designs sized for Sierra style blanks: 2.25" x 1.33"
- A master image sheet for production reference
- Individual image files provided in a ZIP package
- Patriotic and first responder themed artwork prepared for casting use

- The caster may not resell, redistribute, upload, share, or transfer the raw digital image files as standalone artwork, image packs, digital downloads, templates, or source files.
- The images may be used in physical product production only.
- The blanks received by me through this trade are intended for personal use only, unless additional rights are clearly stated in the final agreement.
- Any additional rights, limitations, resale permissions, exclusivity, credit requirements, or restrictions should be clearly identified in the final agreement before work begins.
- Both parties agree that the trade is based on good faith, quality workmanship, and mutual benefit.
