I recently purchased the T/N Barracuda set up from PSI and today while shaping the outside of a bowl I caught an edge and snapped the screw off. Good thing I was spinning it at a slow speed.

Does anyone know if PSI sells it seperately, it doesn't appear so on their site. I'm going to try and call them this week. Any advice?

Thanks

I did the exact same thing!! I called PSI and they sent me a new one right away. They sent me the black one though, not the T/N, which I was glad about because the black one is a much thicker screw, so I don't see the same thing happening again...

There was no charge for my replacement as it was under warranty and they took care of me right away, and I had the new screw in a couple days...

I just called them and told them what happened and I hardly finished saying that it was broken and they said they would ship me out a replacement. That was easy.

Will the Oneway screw chuck be a direct fit to the PSI chuck? I would be afraid that alot of those parts are manufacture specific.

The oneway is actually held by the flats of the chuck gibs, and has a groove the jaws fit in to rest against.
As far as fitting the PSI chucks, I don't know.

They do work in Nova and Vicmark chucks
