I believe he is. And they are a joy to work with. I wouldn't buy them anywhere else.

The Baron is available from Woodcraft as the Navigator. I don't know anything about the Sedona kit.

Yes, for distribution in the USA, except the navigator from Woodcraft that has much less plating choice.

International (no US) can have them from William Woodright at penblanks.ca
