I make pretty good bar foods, wings, potatoe skins, ect. It irritates my wife, she tries and fails at them.

What's your bar food you make.

Everyone loves my wings, I bread them and use peanut oil.

I make my own Chile con Queso and Churros. I give away the queso at Christmas. Last Christmas, I used over 70 lbs. of cheese.

My wife loves the smoked cheese. I will have to make some as soon as it cools down a little more.

CHILI

1½ lbs. ground beef
1 lb maple ground pork or 1 lb bacon lightly chopped
1 c. diced onion
½ c. diced green pepper
2 c. canned kidney beans
1 c. diced celery
1 c. sliced mushrooms
28 oz. can tomatoes, undrained
1 sm. can tomato paste
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
½ clove garlic, pressed
2 tsp. chili powder
beer
Assorted diced peppers: jalapeno, habanero, hot, sweet, etc. - I usually add several cups of diced peppers to make a thick and chunky mix.

Brown meat in large pot. Do not drain fat drippings. Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste, and red kidney beans. Let cook on medium heat while preparing other ingredients. Add diced vegetables as you prepare each. Stir in salt, sugar, garlic, and chili powder. Cook on medium heat for about an hour while enjoying a beer. Taste test. Add more assorted peppers to season. Add beer. Cook on medium for another half hour. Simmer at least 2-3 hours longer for a better taste. Next day chili is the best.

I make sliders from brisket I smoke for 16+ hours. When I smoke a brisket I will usually order 3 and smoke them at the same time. With 2 or 3 pork butts below to catch the yummy juices dripping down. Do some home made sourdough buns and you have a great meal. It goes great with my homebrewed chocolate espresso stout.

Used to go to a bar that had a popcorn machine and would douse the kernels in Tabasco before popping and made some awesome spicy popcorn.

Bar food? I guess I'd say nachos.

But I get raves for my chili, seafood gumbo, clam chowder, pastitso, seafood pizza and curry tuna finger sandwiches (Superbowl party favorites). Bet you never woulda guessed that coming from a big, fat, bald biker!

Not in the slightest Billy! Most of the best cooks I know step out of the woods a couple of times a year and they dont look a damn thing like the "Iorn Chef"!!!!!!!!!

Besides a bald biker has to get fat somehow.
