Not sure if this is the right spot for this question, but does anyone know where I could find 1/16" band saw blades in the 93 1/2" length? I've tried the usual internet searches but haven't found anything in stock.

I'm not sure you will find them for the Delta. I have the old Pockwell that got bought by Delta....same saw. Smallest I have found is 1/8" at Home Depot. Everyone has 3/32". You could buy the blade material and make your own. Only takes a torch. If you find some, let us know as I could use some too. I don't know how well it will work as the blade guides are kinda coarse and may not control that small a blade. You must be doing small bandsaw boxes or something very fine. I find 1/8" works fine for all my stuff. Good luck.

If anyone has it, it will be Starrett. I know they have it in 100' coils but not sure they have ready made. You could try Circle Saw Works in Houston and they might weld some up for you.

Thanks -- yes, I'd like to try them both for making finer cuts on bandsaw boxes and for making exterior cuts on thicker scroll saw projects to save time and reduce wear/tear on scroll saw blades. I don't know how well it will work, but I'd like to try.
