Congratulations!!! I love both my granddaughters to death. Problem is they grow up.
You might check some of the different wood working sites like Woodcraft, Rockler or even Grizzly. Many offer plans that you can buy pretty cheaply. I've used some in the past and just modified them to fit my needs.

No help on the crib plans, but huge congratulations!! I had a few fingernails painted pink last Saturday by a beautiful 3 year old--unfortunately it was washable polish...i'd have worn it with love!!
