Hello Jeff
I know at some point you are going to address the Home page and other things. But one thing to me at least that is distracting and I am trying to remember what we did at the other site, but the avatars. If no sign-on name or photo is used a Letter is used and if the letter is duplicated it is different colors. This carries over to the birthdays listed. Now I realize if you hover over it you get the name. But seems a little odd. Is there a way we can make this more friendly looking.??
Example: Today's Birthdays B,B,D,G,M
