I'm publishing a book for a local author, using Amazon's CreateSpace program.

I designed a cover and sent it to them for approval. I got back an email saying they liked it but....they wanted the following changes. I redid it and sent it again. That was ok, but they liked the back cover on the first one better. Did it again. Would it be possible to do the picture as a vertical instead of a horizontal? Did it again.

Four hours of work later, they told me they had looked at them all and chosen the one they liked best. It was just PERFECT!

You got it! It was the first design I sent them!

It is always much easier to make the changes on paper and computer.

That is why my orders read "ALL changes must be made to the original before engraving has begun." I still have not found a big eraser for changing tombstones. Usually a new one has to be bought and lettered/engraved.

My four favorite words..... 'All You Can Eat." The four words I hate to hear. When they point at my competitors work and say .... "Can You Fix That?"

Dealt with customers almost my entire life. Even ran my own custom woodworking business for 8 years. Changing graphics would be way easier than making a shelving system wider!
