Thank you Lou for the alert !! Many websites are legit, but someone has hacked into them and done bad things. Best to stay away from them and don't open any attachments that you aren't sure of!!! Jim S

:eek: Lou; By the looks of the photo on your login page, I would say you have the correct equipment to handle any scamers that come a knocking on your door. Jim S
 
I contacted Gary Lehrer of gopens dot com and here is his response:

Andrew,

Thanks very much. The good news is that there was no virus. The bad news is that there was a malware file which must have gotten in through the host server (GoDaddy), which my webmaster (Mike) removed earlier today. It would have created a popup or other advertisement directing the user to a page to buy something. I'll send Mike a copy of your email. He may need to post an update onto the Penturner's page. I really appreciate your letting me know.

I would wait perhaps a couple of day regardless. Yet it appears all has been corrected.

Andrew: I am glad we have people like you on this site that follow up on things like this, find the correct information, and pass it back to the rest of us. From the original thread I may have never tried this web site and possably missed out on something new. I will, however, wait a few days before entering it. Thanks again!!! Jim S
