We found the evidence everywhere. They left some of their weapons on my benchtop as some sort of intimidation factor. Perhaps a new attack is planned?

Maybe this is where they came from.

Titanium ring with black zirconium overlay and box elder burl underneath.

Pretty cool ring, makes me wish I wore jewelry.

Those are pretty cool looking scraps. You don't by chance happen to have a flatrate box of them for sale do you?

I bet you got some pretty cool scraps Bruce.

They take a very long time to cut and longer to finish. I don't have a bunch of these drop parts, and I probably won't be making them for pens any time soon. They are actually pretty expensive to produce. I will explore what other types of shapes might lend themselves to this technique.

I actually make this ring to be the same thickness as a normal ring, just less than 2mm thick. That makes it a pretty tight squeeze to get everything in there. It's a 4 part ring.
