Assorted wedding pens

Here's the first batch of pens I have to make for my upcoming wedding; some are gifts, some are for registry signing, etc...only about six more to make!

Sorry the pictures aren't better, but I'm focusing more on turning than on photography with the fast-approaching deadline...

What great pens! What are the last two woods? What kind of finish did you use?

Thanks for the well-wishes - wedding's on August 1st, so it's coming really quickly!!

The statesman was my first ever jr gent series pen - i really like it! It's a very nice kit!

Sorry I didn't post the specs on those pens:

1st pen: White pearl resin from CSUSA, white paint on tube and inside blank, Jr Statesman
2nd: Redwood Burl on chrome streamline - really, really porous wood; needed a lot of thin CA
3rd: inlace acrylester - ocean, or earth somethingorother...
4th: Amboyna Burl on Jr Gent - wood came from Docstram a LONG while back
5th: Hawaiian Mango (bought from Kalai a long while back too) Sierra

All the finishes on the wood pens is done with CA/BLO in my own weird little method! The plastics were polished wet with micromesh...

I think they turned out quite nicely, though - it's a shame I have to give them away - I'd like to keep some of these!
