Arrow of Light

My grandfather made one of these for each of his grandsons if we earned our 'Arrow of Light' award in the Cub Scouts. Then if we went on to become an Eagle Scout he would tell us how he made it.

I recently became a Cub Scout leader and have two boys receiving their Arrow of Light award tonight. This is the first one I've made start to finish. Of course next time will always be better, but still happy with how it turned out.

Where's the story? I know how the arrow gets through the hole. Just don't know how you got the hole in the lightbulb!
