There was never a shipping problem with the old AS under gruff ole' Bill don't expect any un Barry Goss.

Never had a problem with Bill. We got along great. Barry was the best choice for purchasing the business. I've had nothing but excellent service from the new Arizona silhouette owner. Actually, I have no complaints about any vendor...not one. Even PSI has been great to use. Although I do get PSI stuff from other vendors cheaper than from PSI. I just haven't experienced the problems with PSI that others express.
