I went to Arizona Silhouette's website to place an order. How helpful to have a website that tells you how many of a particular item are actually in stock. It told me immediately that there were only 5 of a certain kit left in stock. No waiting for a next day phone call to say something was backordered.
Here's the best part. I placed the order at 5:35PM. At 7:00PM I received an email saying the order had been sent. 85 minutes to process and send off an order! Thanks BB!
 
I've got an even better on for you Doc. I placed an order with Bill on Sunday night and it was just delivered! Thanks, Bill. You're tops in my book! [8D]
 
I had the same exact order timing as Lou and my order also arrived today.

I am shocked at the speed and communication I receive every time I order from Bill. I placed a smaller order with another vendor Saturday night and I'll be surprised to see it arrive before Christmas.
