Dolphin browser over the stock Android browser.
PayPal, RealCalc torque obd2 app with a bluetooth adapter.

Obviously, most of the decisions will be guided by personal factors. For example, I have some mapping functions, including subway maps for New York and London that I like a lot. Also a wine cataloging app.

But as a woodturner, I suggest that you look at iEngineer. This app catalogs screw and drill bit sizes, and also helps identify the correct bit size for both pilot holes. The free version focuses in imperial sizes, but there is a metric version upgrade available for a fee.
