I might have some Spalted apple still If your interested? I know I got Gree stuff cut 6 months ago still waxed in the pile with some bark on them. small bowl blanks like crazy.

Cant help out right now but an apple farm was sold to a developer in my area and I expect to see alot of apple wood either for sale or free. Over 250 acres of trees will be cut down.

Jeff - I have apple and crab apple both still in the log and fairly green. Can check for roughed out bowls that may have cracked if you want drier stuff. None will be kiln dried, and you always take some chances on apple. PM if you're interested, or just email. Bowls wouldn't make the size you want, but might make pens.
