anyone remember........

what are those little short pieces of blanks called or sold. They are pre-drilled and about 3/4 long, mostly used when your blanks are too short, Im thinking this would work for blue line and red line segments..... thanks in advance

I've always called those whoops bands, but I didn't realize that they were sold. I always just dug through my scrap bin and made them.
