Any one know this kit off the top of their head? Looks close to being a artisan gentlemen or statesmen, but not quite.

Looks like a Penn State Industries Olympian Elite 2 Fountain Pen to me.

LOL, I didn't even notice that the tubes were missing from the kit in your photo. Guess I need to pay better attention!
