Tried to post a thread in SOYP. It says "Forbidden you do not have permission to post a new thread. Thought I would try it here. I didn't think I was THAT bad of a person

The software evaluates the likelihood that your pen will make others "feel bad".

Chuck, your pens are good, giving people a lower "self-esteem", so you can't post!!

So sorry!!
LOL Ed....from the pens I've seen here lately, doubt I'm any sort of threat to anyone :biggrin: I WOULD like to show off this pen though

Chuck -

I had a similar problem late last week where I was 'forbidden' to do just about anything on the site. I eventually traced the problem to a specific cookie - if I erased that cookie, the problem went away, but it always returned. I'm using Firefox as my browser.

I normally leave my computer running 24/7, but I had another problem that caused me to decided to reboot. Since I rebooted, the access problem on the site has not returned. So I don't know if the problem was something on the site, something on my computer, or some combination of things. But you might want to reboot your computer to see if that will solve the problem.

Thanks, I'm using Firefox too, AND MS is scanning right now. I'll try again after while. Appreciate the advice.

Shucks now I have to see his works of art and drool, Dee's getting tired of cleaning my chin.
Twas I doing the drooling for several years, sir :biggrin: Thanks Roy! Not sure how to take all the clicks on the LIKE button up there in Eds post, but I DO hope they are well meant.

Foxfire automatically updated to version 17 this morning. And now the "Forbidden" message has returned. I've deleted the cookie that seems to cause the problem - remains to be seen if it comes back. AARGHHH!
