anyone doing shell casing pens?

A man who ordered from me recently wants a pen made out of the shell casing from his dad's funeral (military) I a guessing that the shells are 7.62 x 54. Anyone up to it? I will just send him email addresses for the people who can do this work. I would do it but I don't have the collet checks yet (Christmas hopefully).
