I'd like to try a couple, but thoght I'd ask here for any opinions on these two kits.

I like the clean design & great price on the Rollester, but am wondering if the plastic snap-cap is good,or not.I have not had great luck with the CSUSA Americana pen that uses the same looking type of snap piece, but at least with that one there is some adjustment you can do with the nib tool.

So before I lay down the bucks,I wanted to ask for opinions from you all.

Thanks for any thoughts,I appreciate it!

I ordered 4 of the Knights Armor kits. Is shipping now. Will try to get several done for Christmas for my son. I'll let you know what I think.

That kit was just released for sale. I ordered them but like the others mine are in transit. Check out the new Victorian. Its not available yet but looks like it will have great appeal.

I received 4 pcs yesterday. The construction is very good
and I am excited to get them turned next week!

It's a very nice looking pen. They are selling like crazy!

Thanks everyone for the thoughts!

I'm going to order a couple tomorrow, hope they are in stock.

I wanted to do a couple of stamp pens, and when I came across these stamps from Britain that have knights on them,I thought it would look neat on one of those kits.

Here's the stamps I bought on eBay,I got 2 sets that I hope will make a neat pair.

Wish me luck?

I'll see if this works.. Knights in Armor on Horses Stamps Great Britain 724 727 MNH | eBay

Thanks,
Steve

Well I made a Celtic knot one tonight, not the knights armor but they are very close, I have them side by side. The idea is great and they go together well. Sure to be a big hit

I made one today. It goes together a little different than most pen kits. The nib coupler and clip section are pressed on, then the transmission screws in through the clip section and the cap is pushed on.
I made one for my son's girlfriend who loves the Hobbit and she loves it. Sorry about the quality of the photo, working on making a light box.

That looks great! I like the blank that you chose. If the stamps don't look good on it,I'd like a blank like the one you picked.

Can't wait to make them......It's hard to wait now.

I ordered 4 of the Rollesters to give that kit a try.I hope that turns out to be a good decision.

Thanks,

Steve

I have some on order and they are in route as of this posting. I plan on giving some good detail info on a post here on IAP once I get them. I have the knight and the celtic in that order.

Ed; How did you manage that? I check the site regularly and still see out-of-stock notations.

They ran out of stock of those and the bolt action tec pen fast twice now. What I did was put my name on the wait list. When the tec pens came in I ordered some and a few days later they were sold out again.
