Anybody seen this blank

My wife saw this blank on Penn states website. I called them and they said the blank was not one of their blanks. Does anyone know where to get this blank??

Looks like maybe a clay blank...? Try Toni's Custom Pen Blanks - https://www.claypenblanks.com/
If it's not one of her's she can probably create it. Never got one from her, but I've looked at her website.
That's my only guess.

I agree with Gary. It's a Polymer Clay Blank. Toni makes some very nice ones and so does a few others. Check the vendors that hang out here as well.

It looks like a blank made with the polymer clay canes that you can get from Penn state industries Mcm-kp10. Toni's blanks are much more detailed and finished.

Member @Curly 's aka Pete wife(Marla? I'm embarrassed to have forgotten!) makes good looking Milliflori as well. He tries not to promote, so may not comment.

Marla did play with it for a short while but never made them to sell. Memory is a tricky thing so don't go proving me wrong.

I recall Fred Wissen's wife Tina (PTownSubbie) does some.
